I offer psychotherapy for adult individuals, couples counseling, family therapy, and group therapy. Generally, we begin with a no-charge 30-minute discovery call to learn more about what you’re seeking and what I offer.
If after that initial call, we agree to move forward, we schedule a new client intake, which consists of an online form followed by an 80-minute session. ($200)
Individual Therapy is a 50-minute session ($185)
Couples Therapy is an 80-minute session ($250)Family Therapy is an 80-minute session ($250)
Group Therapy sessions are generally 90 minutes ($100) -
Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form to schedule an initial no-cost 30-minute call—I’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way. If we decide to work together, we will schedule the first three sessions together right away.

My fee schedule is listed in Q1 of this FAQ. I do offer limited sliding-scale pricing options based on need. If cost is a challenge, let’s talk about that in our initial call.

I offer both. I meet with clients in person at my office in the Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle (just two blocks from the International District light rail station). In sunny months, I often arrange to have sessions in quiet corners of city parks. I offer telehealth as well.
